9-23-19: Caught up with the rest of the pups in the litter. Is doing great. Might just keep her?
Birth: This is an easy going female. Eats and sleeps without any issues at all. A very quiet content pup. Just chillin...
9-15-19: Light brownish silver body with Black points. A very dire wolfy looking dog in coloration. The brindling is hidden because of the black spotting. Beautiful pup. Good enough girth for this generation. Spot on temperament.
9-16-19: Changed collar color to Yellow. Smallest pup in litter. blacksilver with the gold brown genes. short coat. Might reach 100 lbs at maturity. Good size for Service dog.
10-9-19: Still the smallest pup in the litter and the very best size for a service dog. I am hoping that one day Amey will take up breeding these smaller sizes. Wolfy enough in looks to stop folks from approaching but her coat and looks are beautiful. Everyone will want to know where you got such a wonderful pup.
Minds her own business, is not freak out friendly but is standoffish enough. Not fearful, just doesnt care for a bunch of idiots and noise and fast moving objects, it is not peaceful enough for this soul.
She Loves the easy life and is a home body though she will love to find out the goings on around her. Loves her owners and family and the peace of nature itself. She is a lap dog for sure! Wonderful hugs.
A very thinking dog. She watches stuff and learns just by watching. She thinks.
10-10-19: (Purple collar) Another fine service dog. Does have some spunk to her. She has found her mouth can do lots of things such as tug on the tail of other pups. She is not overly energetic at this time in her life. They are just now learning how to play and do things without falling over. Cordination and working all body parts, etc... She is not a lover of food, more interested in things around her. No fear really, some standoffishness but is friendly to all in time. She is not a leader at this time, doesnt care to be, she loves life. She is interested in things of the world and uses her mind for her own self benifit and enjoyment. She is easy to be disaplined as she doesnt like to be and holds a bit of a grudge at the time. Gets over it fine enough and will learn as she matures. I think she uses her brain more than the rest in this litter besides Sophy her sister or Rhaegal. She would do all the agility stuff but not win the race. She is not a hyper dog at this time. Great potiential as a service dog. Coat is easy to care for and not longish.
10-17-19: She is a happy pup. standoffish enough of strangers at this age 5.5 wks. First one over to me. Likes to be held now. Short coated like GSD. Should look like a GSD. Will not be large. Great size for service dogs in public.
11-5-19: Looks like we shall be keeping this gal which is fine with me. She pals around with Razar (Raygal) and her brother at times (Naga) but she doesnt like rough and tumble as she gets picked on by everyone as she is still the smallest and least aggressive. She doesnt like aggression or noisy or hyper as i have said before, so in her trainings, sit with her at all the noisiest places you can find. Show her there is nothing to it. We can sit and just watch the world go by. This is a must. You must do this as a pup so she will accept the world as it is. Once she understands that it is ok to be in your lap and to see and hear the crazy stuff in this world and NOT have to really deal with it, she will then accept it.
This pup NEEDS you to protect her feelings... She is sensitive in her young age and can mature to a bold pup if you guide her.
She is high quality as far as breeders go and Temperament is very nice for a companion dog. Great bones. Good health, Stocky. She is very heavy in weight and will be hard to pick up so TRAIN HER YOUNG... Use high pitched voice and meat.
Because we live on a farm we have WORMS and PARASITES as all animal have. It is not a great danger to animals but an animal grows better and faster and is more healthy if you get the Veternarian to do a COMPLETE and thourough check on the stools. You may need to give Flagyl and Albon for 10 days. Use small hot dog pieces to hide the pills in. Feed after the pill. Feed once a morning at around 6 or 7 am. She eats about 6-8 cups of kibbles with her high calorie oils dripped on top.
After the pills are all gone you may start changing her food up. Use chicken only. Chicken until she is 5 months old, then you can start adding other meats. Canines are meat eaters.
