Shipping Your Pup To You

2015 USDA Rules / Laws state that as a business/kennel, I may NOT sell any puppy or live animal sight unseen.

What this means is that you can still chooseto ave a puppy shipped tp you but you must come here and  see the pup in person  beforehand. If you cannot come examine the pup yourself, then you can have or hire an "AGENT" to do so who will then get back to you with the photos and notes on your puppy.

They will need to bring proof of identification (driver's license) and  SIGN IN at the office with their name  address, phone and the aate they were here. They will also sign a statement saying they are representing you.

That is all I need to show in the records that you or your proxy has seen your pup.  Now you may buy the pup and have it shipped to the airport nearest you.

Safety and Health of your new puppy is our #1 priority!

Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old, that’s the law! We determine when we send your puppy by what we feel the puppy’ s maturity level is. Like children, some puppies mature faster than others. It could be 10 to 12 weeks depending on each individual puppy.

No puppy will be considered sold or reserved without a signed contract and a paid deposit

The guarantee is only valid for the original buyer

Shipping info

You may not get your puppy on the exact day you wanted if mother nature is not working out for us, but usually we will get a good day soon after.

Prices for shipping start at $300.00. Everything depends on the size and weight of the puppy.

If you buy a puppy from us, and you want it shipped we will check on availability of shipping and can quote you a price.

When I quote a price to you, I will be quoting only the airline Fee and not:

  •  travel to the airport round trip (8-16 hour drive),
  • the puppies required health papers for the airline & the state,
  • a pet porter (crate) that is large enough for a comfortable trip and all flight/airline fees.

Depending on where you live, I may be required to drive to:  Portland, Sacramento or San Francisco.  I will always try to get your pup out of the Medford International Air Port, but if I cannot, charges for my round trip drive to other airports will be a separate charge for you and must be paid before a pup is going to leave me.

Flying puppies is not as stressful as you might think, puppies usually fly out of Medford International Airport, Oregon and usually Stop off in Salt Lake City Utah then get on a direct flight to a major airport near you.

We usually ship on Fridays but will ship different days of the week depending on the weather, often flights have to be changed to accommodate the temperatures.

PLEASE make sure we have two working contact numbers for you in case of last minute flight changes.

We will e-mail the flight information to you as soon as it is available to us, generally on Tuesday of the week your puppy is shipping.

Once you have this information you can then schedule a time for your new puppy to meet your vet. Within 72 hours of arrival.

You may pay the puppy cost in full to hold it, the balance (crate, transportation) must be paid in full and all checks cleared before we will ship the puppy, please allow 14 days for checks to clear.

We accept Credit Cards, Walmart Moneygram, Western Union, U.S.P.S. Money Orders and Cash as well.

If anything happens to your puppy or it is found to be less than perfect you will be contacted immediately and your money will be refunded or you may choose another puppy.

To make your puppy's flight reservation I will need:

Complete name and address of person who will be picking up puppy, and 2 working phone numbers.

Along with your requested major US airport, not including Hawaii. Airlines will check ID, so please make sure that the information you send to me is what is on your ID. (If the airport does not ask to see Identification please notify me immediately. )

Puppy's Arrival

Each puppy that is shipped will come in his own airline approved crate with a food and water dish, this is yours to keep. He may still have a small bag of food with him.

There will be an envelope taped to the top of the crate, your puppies health certificate, registration papers, health guarantee and vaccination record will be in this envelope, please don't forget to open it.

Remember when your puppy arrives he has now traveled farther than he ever has and he may be a little unsettled. He may have relieved himself during the flight, for this purpose we suggest having baby wipes, towels or other items to clean him with when he arrives.

Bring bottle water as he may be thirsty, also bring along a leash and collar. Some puppies are ready to come out and play and others take a little more time.
